As a not-for-profit organization, the school operates under the oversight of an independent, interdenominational Board of Directors according to its Constitution and By-laws. Numbering up to a maximum of 12 members, CCA’s current Board includes the following:

The Board delegates the day-to-day operation of the school in carrying out the policies and programs to the Head of School.
