An Open Letter from the Head of School
Thank you for visiting our Website! I am excited to be part of what God is doing at Christian Central Academy and wish to share our vision of what awaits you and your family as a part of the CCA community.
Our responsibility to your family begins with our concern for your student’s relationship with God. Because we are created as an integrated whole, this concern must then extend through every other aspect of life, and positions CCA to fulfill our mission to “provide an environment in which the faculty, staff and students will grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.”
Everyone learns by example, by exposure to ideas, by practicing skills, by investigating and thinking creatively and imaginatively. At CCA we strive to provide role models, appropriate curriculum, practical experiences, and intellectual and artistic challenges students need to reach their maximum God-given potential. We seek to guide our students to make wise decisions and to respond with integrity to all of life’s challenges and opportunities. We are committed to doing all we can to create a learning community of love, security, and hope. Our expectations of our students are high. The rigorous academic program prepares our graduates to be accepted into nationally recognized colleges and universities. We expect them to be able to reason cogently, think creatively, and communicate effectively.
Above all, we hope and pray for all our students that they will develop a love for God and for their fellow man; that they will become leaders in their service for His Kingdom. Welcome to CCA!
Sincerely,
Nurline A. Lawrence, Head of School
