FINANCIAL
INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE
Private Christian education is an eternal investment that calls for
a family's dedicated and prayerful commitment. In setting tuition
charges, our board seeks to be simultaneously fiscally responsible
and consumer-sensitive, all the while providing the highest level
of Christian educational excellence. The average tuition of our peer
schools is 85% of their actual cost. CCA tuition charges reflect only
80% of the actual cost of educating a student here.
As a private, fully independent school, owning and operating our own
school facility, CCA is funded primarily by tuition, fees, sundry
internal fundraising activities, an annual auction, and contributions.

TUITION MANAGEMENT
We ask our families to enroll with a tuition management company with which we partner - FACTS - to efficiently handle this component of our operation. Normally, families may opt for a 10-, 11- or 12-month payment plan, to be paid in full by June 15 at the end of the school year. Our Business Office would prefer that families enroll with FACTS online at their website: www.factstuition.com. (FYI for the future - if a family wishes to prepay the tuition in one sum by June 15 PRIOR to the start of the new school year, there is a 3% discount.) Parents’ cooperation in returning all materials to us quickly allows us to serve everyone efficiently. All accounts must be current for families to receive report cards, transcripts or other official documents from the school.
Financial Assistance: CCA provides financial aid based on a family's
verified financial need, availability of assistance funds, class space,
and the student's ability to maintain academic standing and acceptable
conduct. The student's conduct and academic performance are subject
to review each quarter. Families seeking CCA financial assistance
are asked to complete the Financial Aid Application, available upon
request from the Admissions Office. The Financial Aid Committee reviews all applications
and prayerfully grants aid, giving first priority to existing families,
and then to new families, until allocations are exhausted.
All information is held in the strictest confidence.
The vision and generosity of a growing number of donors who believe
in the mission of CCA has provided for a small number of scholarships
for qualified students.
As financial aid resources are prayerfully distributed, we would seek
to be a mutual blessing one to the other. We invite all parents to
share in meeting the needs of our school. Parent volunteers are always
needed to serve on a committee, assist in the annual CornuCopiA auction
or other fundraisers, work on building or ground maintenance, help
in the cafeteria, provide clerical or classroom assistance or serve
in another area where our Lord has provided them with a special gift
or talent.
