Registration


Registration occurs AFTER a formal offer of admission is extended to an accepted applicant who has gone through entrance testing. The registration form and fee are separate and apart from tuition, but are necessary to confirm the parent’s acceptance of our offer of admission and to secure the student’s place in his or her class for the coming school year. Parents must re-register their child(ren) annually. The re-registration “season” begins each January prior to the next school year.

A student and his or her parents will be notified (most often by phone, and then by letter) of the admission decision as soon as possible after the entrance testing. The acceptance package will contain the acceptance letter, registration form (unless accessed here below), tuition contract and payment information from the business office, and instructions to complete the other forms listed below. A date will be indicated in the letter by which time the parents must return the registration form, fee and tuition contract to secure the student’s class placement. All forms, including the student’s final report card from his or her previous school (if applicable), must be received in the Admissions, Health and Guidance Offices prior to the beginning of the new school year for the student to be allowed to attend classes.
