Each year, there are several events that are geared specifically for our High School students. Careful planning goes into each event to encourage all students to participate and experience a greater sense of community and unity.

High School Retreat

High Schoolers launch into each new school year with a special retreat at a local Christian camp. This is a two-day, one-night experience that incorporates team building, spiritual renewal and unity within not only each grade level, but also the entire High School.

Powder Puff Football Game

This is a kick-off to our Homecoming festivities. This event is a friendly competition between the girls in grades 9-12. The boys traditionally “cheer” on the girls as they compete for the championship title!

Class Night

To culminate the end of the academic year, the High School students attend this evening event to celebrate the academic achievements of the students. Awards are given for high achievement in all core curricular classes, electives, the arts, music, and physical education, as well as special awards for Seniors, Community Service, Perfect Attendance, and Sports. It is a wonderful way to celebrate the gifts and talents of our High School students.

Prom

This is the last event before graduation for our Juniors and Seniors. Each year, a special venue is chosen by the Seniors to host the Prom. It is a semi-formal evening where students and their guests attend a dinner followed by dancing. The evening ends with the announcement of best couple and the crowning of King and Queen.
