Yearbook. Memories. History.
In its long history, Christian Central Academy has had multiple yearbook/journalism teams and advisors to preserve the year’s people and events. Along with these teams, the name of the book has changed over time. For the past 31 years though, our yearbook has remained TRIUMPH.
Under the TRIUMPH name, we have been members of Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA), and the National Press Association (NSPA). Our goal was to focus on journalistically sound practices and work with integrity when recording the school’s history. With our memberships, we have entered our book for competition and evaluations.
In 2007 ACSI awarded TRIUMPH with the Best Yearbook Cover and Yearbook along with a Silver Certificate from CSPA. From 2008-2016 it earned seven Gold Medalist Certificates from CSPA and one All American Award with Four Marks of Distinction.
CCA offers Yearbook Club and a course in Publications Design.
