The Grace Race is a USATF Certified 5k running race, a 2k family-friendly walk through Williamsville, and a Pinewood Derby (NEW). The race starts at the Village Pointe cul-de-sac and leads you through twists and turns on Essjay Road and International Drive. Runners steadily continue on Sheridan Drive before turning onto Youngs Road to “conquer the climb”… a 0.4 mile uphill challenge. The race finishes with a turn onto Main Street that will take you to the home stretch on Academy Street and through the finish line. Following the race, CCA hosts an awards ceremony with food and entertainment. We are pleased that a portion of this year’s proceeds will be sent to help with relief efforts in Ukraine. The balance of the funds go directly to Christian Central Academy to support educational programs.
This family and community event in the Buffalo-Niagara Region is open to the public.
We invite runners of all ages and skill levels to participate, along with CCA’s students, families, faculty/staff. The Grace Race also allows CCA to engage those in its local community in, mind, body and soul with an emphasis on education, fitness, and faith.
